From the moment you communicate with us, we are able to have a good idea of what your finished product will be. In order to facilitate the process, you must have a rough sketch including approximate sizes which can then be sent to us by fax or email. We will be asking you such questions as natural stone selection (marble, granite, quartz... ), thickness ( 3/4" or 1 1/4"), material color or name. If you do not already have one in mind we will assist you in your selection (see PRODUCTS section), edging requested (see EDGES section), and finally appliances or accessories (cooktop, sink, faucet, soap dispenser...) Only then will we be able to review your project and offer you a fairly accurate quotation.

Uppon approval of your quotation we will commit ourselves to completing your project within the shortest period of time. The next step is to set up an appointment with you at your convenience to come for final measurements / templates. All cabinets must be completely installed in order to eliminate any possible errors. It is highly recommended, but not necessary, that all appliances and accessories be on site at that moment. Upon measurement / template completion we will request 25% deposit.

Generally average size kitchen countertop installation takes just one day. Our installers will leave your home in exactly the same state it was in when we arrived, that is except for the elegant and functional surfacing project left behind.

NY1 MARBLE & GRANITE provides a 1 year warranty on our fabrication and installation of your countertop, we do not cover damages caused by customer ( such as droping some thing on counter, scratching counter, hitting countertop and etc.)
